At Boosted Trading, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
When you sign in using your Google account, we may collect the following:
Google Calendar events (if you grant permission are not stored or processed by boosted trading and solely remain in your local browser for your private use to align personal and market timing)
We do not collect or store your password.
We use your information to:
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described in this policy, who process it on our behalf and under our instructions, and in the other limited circumstances this policy sets out.
Our application uses Google APIs to access your Google Calendar data in read-only mode. We never modify, delete, or create calendar events on your behalf.
Your data is handled in accordance with:
Any access tokens or calendar data are stored temporarily and securely in your browser or session for functionality purposes only. We do not persist calendar data on our servers.
When you use Boosted Trading’s marketplace features, we collect and store:
Blockchain transactions are publicly visible on the blockchain network. We do not control the visibility of on-chain data. Wallet addresses and transaction details recorded on-chain are permanent and cannot be deleted by the platform.
To provide marketplace functionality, we store:
This data is used to operate the marketplace, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable regulations.
We record aggregate usage of features within the marketplace — which gated content gets accessed and how often — to improve the product and to give sellers basic analytics on their listings. Standard request metadata (IP address and user agent) may also be recorded as part of normal service operations, including for security and abuse prevention.
Usage records are retained for approximately 90 days and then deleted automatically. We do not share this data with third parties. Sellers see aggregate counts for their own content only — never per-buyer identifiers; per-buyer questions go through the existing seller↔buyer chat.
We use cookies and similar device storage (including localStorage) only for purposes that are strictly necessary to operate the service or for which you have given consent via the cookie banner shown on first visit.
Strictly necessary storage (no consent required): your authentication session, your accepted or rejected consent choice, and similar items required for the site to function.
Google Analytics: with your consent, we use Google Analytics (operated by Google as a data processor on our behalf) to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve the product. Google Analytics uses cookies to recognise returning visits. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site, after which the banner will reappear on your next visit. Analytics events are subject to Google’s own Privacy Policy.
Landing-page funnel telemetry: for visitors who have not accepted cookies, we still record aggregate funnel events (which audience and asset-class options are clicked, and whether the Launch button is pressed) using a server-side daily-rotating pseudonymous identifier derived from IP address and user-agent. This lets us measure overall conversion flow without identifying you, and the identifier rotates every 24 hours so the same visitor across multiple days is recorded as separate events. For visitors who have accepted cookies, a stable per-browser identifier stored in localStorage replaces the rotating hash so the funnel can attribute repeat visits. Funnel records are retained for approximately 90 days and then deleted automatically. We do not share this data with third parties.
We use a small number of service providers to operate the platform. They process personal information on our behalf, under our instructions, and only as needed to provide their service to us:
When you use the AI coach or other AI-assisted features, the data those features need, such as your journal entries, session and trade history, and the messages you exchange with the coach, is sent to our AI model providers (Anthropic and OpenAI) to generate the response.
Our servers and databases are hosted in the European Union (Google Cloud EU regions). Some of our service providers, including Google Analytics and our AI model providers, may process data in the United States or other countries. Where personal data leaves the EEA or UK, we rely on recognised safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses implemented by those providers.
We use technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and authentication through your Google account with no passwords stored by us. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we design the platform to collect and hold as little personal information as it needs.
The platform is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if we learn that we have, we will delete it.
If Boosted Trading is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation or sale of all or part of its business or assets, personal information may be shared with the relevant counterparties and transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy’s protections.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top and, for material changes, provide more prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after the effective date means the updated policy applies.
You can revoke Google access at any time via your Google Account Permissions.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal data; to restrict or object to certain processing; to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent; and to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority. Our legal bases for processing are: performing our contract with you (operating the platform), your consent (analytics cookies, optional features), our legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, improving the service), and legal obligations.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@boosted.trading. Note that on-chain data (wallet addresses, transaction hashes) is public and permanent and cannot be deleted from the blockchain by us.
The data controller for the platform is the operator of boosted.trading. For questions or privacy requests, contact us at:
