Seller Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Seller Terms

By applying to become a seller on the Boosted Trading Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Seller Terms and Conditions in addition to our general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must not apply or sell on the platform.

2. Seller Eligibility

To become a seller, you must submit an application that will be reviewed by our team. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Approved sellers must maintain good standing by complying with all platform policies.

3. Products and Services

Sellers may list subscription products and one-time purchase items on the marketplace. All products must:

  • Be accurately described with clear pricing
  • Not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • Not contain misleading claims or guarantees of financial returns
  • Deliver the promised value to subscribers

4. Pricing and Payments

All transactions are processed on-chain using supported payment tokens (e.g., USDC). Sellers receive payments directly to their designated wallet address minus applicable platform fees. Platform fees are displayed at the time of product creation and are subject to change with notice.

5. Platform Fees

The platform charges a percentage-based fee plus a fixed fee component on each transaction. Current fee structure:

  • Base fee: 2% of transaction value
  • Fixed fee: $1.00 per transaction

Fees are automatically deducted at the time of purchase. Sellers can view detailed fee breakdowns in their dashboard.

6. Subscriber Management

Sellers are responsible for delivering value to their subscribers throughout the subscription period. This includes providing access to promised content, services, or features. Failure to deliver may result in disputes, refunds, and potential suspension of seller privileges.

7. Disputes and Refunds

In case of disputes, buyers may file a claim through the platform. An arbiter will review the case and make a binding decision. Sellers agree to cooperate with the dispute resolution process and accept arbiter decisions.

8. Seller Conduct

Sellers must:

  • Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Not manipulate reviews or ratings
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke seller privileges at any time for violations of these terms, platform policies, or for any other reason at our discretion. Suspended sellers may appeal through the designated process.

10. Limitation of Liability

The platform provides marketplace infrastructure only. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or performance of seller products. Sellers are solely responsible for their offerings and any disputes arising from them.

11. Modifications

We may update these Seller Terms at any time. Sellers will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
