10. Marketplace & Peer-to-Peer Transactions

Boosted Trading operates a peer-to-peer (P2P) marketplace where sellers list products and services, and buyers purchase them directly using on-chain transactions. The platform acts as an intermediary facilitating these transactions but is not a party to any sale between buyers and sellers.

All marketplace transactions are executed on the blockchain and are subject to the immutability and finality of on-chain operations. By using the marketplace, you acknowledge that you understand how blockchain transactions work and accept the associated risks.

11. BOOSTS Token

The BOOSTS token is a utility token used within the Boosted Trading platform for purchasing products and services on the marketplace. BOOSTS is not an investment, a security, or a financial instrument.

  • There is no guarantee of the value or liquidity of BOOSTS tokens.
  • BOOSTS tokens should not be purchased with the expectation of financial returns.
  • The platform makes no promises about future token value or utility beyond its current marketplace function.
  • You are solely responsible for understanding the risks of acquiring and holding digital tokens.

12. Refund Policy

On-chain transactions are inherently final. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed by the platform.

  • Refunds are handled through the dispute process. A buyer who has a problem with a purchase raises a dispute on that purchase, at which point buyer and seller communicate directly inside the dispute to try to reach a resolution — via discussion, a voluntary refund issued by the seller, or another form of appeasement.
  • If buyer and seller cannot reach an agreement during direct discussion, the dispute is escalated to the platform’s arbiter system for resolution.
  • When a dispute is settled in arbitration, any refund is processed in the BOOSTS token (based on the BOOSTS-equivalent value of the original purchase), not in the original payment token.
  • An arbiter’s decision may be appealed by either party within the appeal window set out in our Refunds & Disputes guide. Once the appeal window has passed without an appeal, or once an appeal has been resolved, the decision becomes final and binding and any resulting refund is executed on-chain.
  • The platform does not guarantee refunds for any transaction.

For more details, see our Refunds & Disputes guide.

13. No Investment Advice (Marketplace)

Products and services sold on the marketplace — including but not limited to trading signals, market analysis, indicators, and educational content — are created and published by independent third-party sellers. They do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, or recommendations from Boosted Trading.

You should not make financial or trading decisions based solely on products purchased through the marketplace. Always conduct your own research and consider consulting a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

14. Marketplace Liability

Boosted Trading is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, legality, or fitness for purpose of any product or service listed on the marketplace. Sellers are independently responsible for their products and any claims or representations made about them.

The platform provides tools for dispute resolution but does not guarantee the outcome of any dispute. Use of the marketplace is at your own risk.

Sellers are subject to separate Seller Terms and Conditions governing their use of the marketplace.
