Terms of Service

Last updated: August 5, 2026 | Version 2.1

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Boosted Trading, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

In these Terms, “Boosted Trading”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the boosted.trading platform. When you create an account you will be asked to accept these Terms, and we keep a record of the version, time and place of your acceptance.

2. Use of the Service

Boosted Trading is a web-based platform that provides software tools for trading and performance improvement in financial and prediction markets: charting and analysis, journaling and review, risk-management controls, economic calendars, AI-assisted coaching, and user-directed order entry to third-party venues.

Boosted Trading is a software tool, not a broker, intermediary, agent, adviser or custodian. All trading actions taken through the platform, including automated actions you configure such as subscription renewals or pre-authorised order flows, are initiated and authorised solely by you. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any third-party trading venue through the platform complies with that venue’s own terms and with the laws that apply to you.

3. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are liable for all activity under your account. Do not share your credentials or allow others to access your account.

4. Third-Party Services

Boosted Trading may integrate with third-party services like Google Calendar. By connecting such services, you authorize us to access your data solely as needed to provide relevant features. We do not store or share this data beyond your session.

5. No Financial Advice

Boosted Trading is for informational and organizational purposes only. It does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including breach of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Boosted Trading is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from your use of the service, including trading decisions based on its features.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the platform or these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to Boosted Trading for the subscription period in which the event giving rise to the claim occurred. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised terms.

10. Marketplace & Peer-to-Peer Transactions

Boosted Trading operates a peer-to-peer (P2P) marketplace where sellers list products and services, and buyers purchase them directly using on-chain transactions. The platform acts as an intermediary facilitating these transactions but is not a party to any sale between buyers and sellers.

All marketplace transactions are executed on the blockchain and are subject to the immutability and finality of on-chain operations. By using the marketplace, you acknowledge that you understand how blockchain transactions work and accept the associated risks.

11. BOOSTS Token

The BOOSTS token is a utility token used within the Boosted Trading platform for purchasing products and services on the marketplace. BOOSTS is not an investment, a security, or a financial instrument.

  • There is no guarantee of the value or liquidity of BOOSTS tokens.
  • BOOSTS tokens should not be purchased with the expectation of financial returns.
  • The platform makes no promises about future token value or utility beyond its current marketplace function.
  • You are solely responsible for understanding the risks of acquiring and holding digital tokens.

12. Refund Policy

On-chain transactions are inherently final. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed by the platform.

  • Refunds are handled through the dispute process. A buyer who has a problem with a purchase raises a dispute on that purchase, at which point buyer and seller communicate directly inside the dispute to try to reach a resolution — via discussion, a voluntary refund issued by the seller, or another form of appeasement.
  • If buyer and seller cannot reach an agreement during direct discussion, the dispute is escalated to the platform’s arbiter system for resolution.
  • When a dispute is settled in arbitration, any refund is processed in the BOOSTS token (based on the BOOSTS-equivalent value of the original purchase), not in the original payment token.
  • An arbiter’s decision may be appealed by either party within the appeal window set out in our Refunds & Disputes guide. Once the appeal window has passed without an appeal, or once an appeal has been resolved, the decision becomes final and binding and any resulting refund is executed on-chain.
  • The platform does not guarantee refunds for any transaction.

For more details, see our Refunds & Disputes guide.

13. No Investment Advice (Marketplace)

Products and services sold on the marketplace — including but not limited to trading signals, market analysis, indicators, and educational content — are created and published by independent third-party sellers. They do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, or recommendations from Boosted Trading.

You should not make financial or trading decisions based solely on products purchased through the marketplace. Always conduct your own research and consider consulting a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

14. Marketplace Liability

Boosted Trading is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, legality, or fitness for purpose of any product or service listed on the marketplace. Sellers are independently responsible for their products and any claims or representations made about them.

The platform provides tools for dispute resolution but does not guarantee the outcome of any dispute. Use of the marketplace is at your own risk.

Sellers are subject to separate Seller Terms and Conditions governing their use of the marketplace.

15. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights

The platform and everything comprising it — including its software, source code, application programming interfaces, user interfaces, layouts, visual designs, order-entry and order-management tools, charting, analysis and measurement tools, drawing systems, journaling and review systems, signal outputs and the methods and algorithms that produce them, together with all documentation, text, graphics and other materials (collectively, the “Platform Materials”) — are owned by Boosted Trading or its licensors and are protected by copyright, database, design, trade secret and other intellectual property rights.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to access and use the platform for your own trading, analysis and record-keeping. No ownership rights are transferred to you. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Boosted Trading.

16. Confidential and Proprietary Environment

Areas of the platform that require an account and authentication to access (the “Authenticated Platform”) contain confidential and proprietary information and trade secrets of Boosted Trading. This includes, without limitation, the design, arrangement, behaviour and operation of its order-entry and order-management interfaces, its measurement and analysis tools, its journaling, review and performance-measurement systems, its risk-management controls, and the behaviour and outputs of its proprietary signals.

By creating an account and accessing the Authenticated Platform, you acknowledge that it is a confidential environment made available to you in confidence, and you agree to treat the Platform Materials within it as confidential information. You agree not to disclose, publish, distribute, demonstrate or otherwise make available the Authenticated Platform or any part of it to any third party, except as expressly permitted below.

Expressly permitted. Nothing in this section restricts you from:

  • Sharing any content that the platform itself provides a share, export or publication function for — including share cards and links, exported reviews and reports, and published knowledgebase content.
  • Sharing or discussing surfaces that Boosted Trading makes publicly accessible without an account, including the public leaderboard and public wallet profiles.
  • Sharing or discussing any material that Boosted Trading has itself published publicly, including marketing materials, screenshots, videos and documentation released by us.
  • Disclosing information you are required to disclose by law, by a court, or by a regulator, or information that becomes public through no act or omission of yours.

17. Restrictions on Use

In addition to any other restrictions in these Terms, you must not, and must not permit or assist any other person to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying methods, algorithms, models or data structures of the platform, or of any signal, calculation or output it produces, whether from the interface, its outputs, or otherwise.
  • Copy, reproduce, adapt, translate or create derivative works from the Platform Materials, or recreate or imitate the look, feel, layout, arrangement or interaction design of the Authenticated Platform in any other product or service.
  • Capture, record, stream or publish screenshots, screen recordings, video or other reproductions of the Authenticated Platform for public distribution, or provide them to any competitor or prospective competitor of Boosted Trading, except as expressly permitted in section 16.
  • Use any automated means, including scraping, crawling, bots or scripts, to access, extract or copy the platform, its data or its outputs, other than through an interface we provide for that purpose and in accordance with its documentation.
  • Use the platform, its outputs, or any information derived from access to it, to design, develop, train, market or operate a competing product or service.
  • Remove, obscure or alter any proprietary notice, mark or attribution displayed on or within the platform.

These restrictions survive termination of your account and continue to apply to any Platform Materials you accessed while your account was active.

18. Feedback

We welcome feedback, ideas and suggestions about the platform (“Feedback”). By providing Feedback you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, build upon and commercialise that Feedback for any purpose, without any obligation or compensation to you. Providing Feedback gives you no rights in anything we build.

19. User Content

“User Content” means anything you create, upload or publish on the platform, including journal entries, reviews, knowledgebase articles, marketplace products, drawing sets, comments and messages. You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute your User Content as needed to operate the platform, including displaying content you choose to share or publish to the audiences you choose. Content you sell through the marketplace is additionally governed by the Seller Terms and Conditions.

You represent that you have the rights to the User Content you provide and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. We may remove User Content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.

20. AI Features

The platform includes features powered by artificial intelligence, including the AI coach and AI-generated analysis. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading, and do not constitute financial, investment or professional advice. You should not make trading or financial decisions in reliance on AI outputs alone, and any such reliance is at your own risk. Data processed by AI features is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

21. Wallets and Digital Assets

The platform provisions self-custody smart-account wallets through third-party wallet infrastructure. Access to your wallet is controlled by your own credentials, including passkeys registered to your devices. We do not hold your keys and cannot move your funds.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining access to your authentication methods and passkeys. If you lose access to them, we may be unable to recover your wallet or any assets in it.
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. We do not control and cannot guarantee the confirmation, settlement or performance of any blockchain network.
  • You are solely responsible for any network fees and for determining and meeting any tax obligations arising from your activity.

22. Eligibility

You may use the platform only if you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and are not prohibited from using the platform under the laws that apply to you. By using the platform you confirm that neither you nor any entity you represent is subject to sanctions or named on any list of prohibited or restricted parties maintained by the United Nations, the European Union or its member states, the United Kingdom, or the United States.

23. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your User Content, or your misuse of the platform, except to the extent caused by our own breach of these Terms.

24. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or the platform, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer rights, and may bring proceedings in, the courts of your country of residence where applicable law provides for it.

Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@boosted.trading and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.
